Genel Nitelikler

· Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering or Industrial Engineering,

· At least 2 years of experience in B2B technical sales.

· Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, coupled with excellent listening skills and a positive and energetic phone presence.

· Understanding of data driven B2B sales and growth.

. Track record of accountability and achievement of sales objectives

· Extremely self-motivation with a diligent work ethic.

· High level of integrity and strong commitment to building a successful company.

İş Tanımı

As an Tecnical Sales Engineer, you will be, make sales calls/contacts on established customers and prospects in the industry, make sales calls/contacts on established customers and prospects in the industry. You will be working in Tridi Sales Team and closely with Key Account Manager.

You will develop relationships with engineers, supply chain managers, and business leaders while earning their trust and confidence to partner with Tridi for all manufacturing needs. Successful Inside Sales Representatives are extremely motivated, enthusiastic, results-driven, and want to develop a career in sales.

. Strong interpersonal and consultative skills to support distributors

. Self-motivated, highly organized individual

. Experience using Word, Excel, Powerpoint software

. Strong verbal, and written skills.

. Applicant must be persuasive and influencing. Must possess strong closing skills.

. Must be able to prepare presentations

· Ensure successful follow through of sales cycle by maintaining accurate activity in CRM

· Collaborate with sales, marketing and product team members on strategic sales approach
