Job Description:
Beebird is a fast-growing health tech startup developing CE-certified smart medical devices integrated with AI and IoT. We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Executive Assistant Intern who will support the management team in daily operations and internal coordination.
This internship provides hands-on experience in a dynamic startup environment and includes access to various tools across sales, operations, and communication.
Responsibilities:
Assist in scheduling meetings, taking notes, and following up on action items using Asana
Track and process incoming invoices via Paraşüt
Manage daily e-commerce order operations via Shopside, Shopify, and Trendyol
Support monthly reporting to ITU Teknokent using the ARI Portal
Create and maintain CRM contacts and mailing lists in Pipedrive
Prepare basic visuals and reports via Canva and Google Drive
Monitor Beebird’s Instagram account for incoming DMs and interactions
Coordinate with logistics and kargo teams using geliver.io
Assist with warranty registration through e-Garanti portal
Follow translation status of app content via Localazy
Attend team meetings and contribute to administrative and operational improvements
Preferred Qualifications:
University student in Business Administration, Management Engineering, Industrial Engineering or related fields
Eager to learn and proactive in problem-solving
Comfortable using digital tools and web-based platforms
Strong communication and organizational skills
Fluent in Turkish and intermediate level of English
Able to work at least 3 full days per week
