This role is not just about writing code; it is for someone who wants to shape Atomica's technological direction, ensure the product's scalability, and lead as CTO in the future. You will manage a small but powerful technical team and guide the product's sustainability and global market expansion process from a technical perspective. Responsibilities • Manage the application's backend (.NET Core) and frontend (React / Flutter / Next.js) infrastructure. • Maintain backend integration for mobile applications developed with Swift and Kotlin. • Monitor performance integrations for Unity WebGL games. • Manage the planning, development, and release processes for new technological features. • Optimize software architecture, security, and scalability. • Guide CI/CD, cloud management (Azure / AWS), and DevOps processes. • Build a team of developers as the team grows, provide mentorship, and create a technical roadmap. Required Qualifications • 5+ years of software development experience, preferably in SaaS or mobile applications. • Advanced experience in .NET Core / C#. • Proficiency in at least one frontend technology: React, Next.js, or Flutter. • Competence in RESTful API, GraphQL, and microservice architectures. • Experience with CI/CD, Docker, Azure DevOps, or AWS pipelines. • General knowledge of core mobile technologies (Swift, Kotlin). • Strong problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and leadership vision. • Ability to read and write technical documentation in English. Nice to Haves • Experience in EdTech or gamification-based projects. • Familiarity with AI or Machine Learning infrastructures. • Knowledge of integration with Unity, WebGL, or mobile game engines. • Experience in product management or technical leadership in a start-up environment.
