Kaizen Technology is a fast-growing B2B SaaS company building loyalty and engagement platforms that drive measurable business growth. Operating across Istanbul and London, we work with leading brands such as Anadolu Efes, Ferrero, Nestlé, and Coca-Cola, reaching over 20 million users through our platforms. We are looking for a Growth & Sales Specialist who is hands-on, execution-focused, and ready to hit the ground running. While the role is remote, we are looking for someone based in Istanbul who can join in-person meetings when needed. You will work with the Growth team on day-to-day commercial operations, from finding the right prospects to keeping our pipeline clean and our outreach consistent. What You’ll Do Sales & Outreach · Research and qualify target accounts using Claude, Apollo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator · Run cold calls, LinkedIn outreach, and cold email sequences on a daily basis · Follow up consistently with leads across channels · Book discovery and demo meetings for the sales team · Prep meeting briefs and materials beforehand · Manage pipeline and contact records in HubSpot CRM & Pipeline support · Keep the CRM tool up to date (contacts, deals, activities) · Track outreach activity and report weekly on key metrics · Prepare meeting briefs and follow-up notes for the team · Support ad hoc research tasks assigned by managers Strategy & Ops · Support market entry research for new geographies and verticals · Track industry news, competitor activity, and ecosystem developments · Gather data and reports to support strategic decision-making · Assist in preparing decks and materials for leadership meetings · Report on pipeline KPIs; activity, conversion, meetings booked Required Experience: · Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, English Language Teaching or a related field · Up to 1 year of professional experience (internships count) · Exposure to fintech, payments, or digital wallets through internship, coursework, or genuine interest · Hands-on familiarity with HubSpot, Apollo, or similar tools · Fluent English (written and spoken) · Detail-oriented: you keep records clean and follow-ups on time What’s in It for You? 🌍 Remote-friendly – Work from anywhere 💰 Competitive salary + performance-based bonus – Your success is rewarded! 🌟 Flexible benefits – Spend it on what fits your lifestyle, whether it’s wellness, sports, or insurance for your furry companion. 📚 Learning & development opportunities – Grow with us. 🎉 A fun, dynamic team – Work with smart, driven people who love what they do.
