We are looking for "Development Team Lead” to join our team in Technology Department. What you'll do Managing the team iteration and manage the workload of the development team members Ensuring open communication and motivation of team members Working closely with all levels at appropriate points during the definition of the solution in order to ensure correct and consistent decisions are made in the design and build of the work package Leading the team to ensure correct implementation of agreed solutions, meeting quality thresholds to agreed KPIs and working with or acting as Iteration Manager to ensure on-going review of delivery plans, while maintaining the motivation of the team Who you are Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field More than 4 years in development Requires strong skills in Java, Spring, Hibernate and SQL Experience working in CI, CD pipelines in terms of scripting and integration with git repository, slack and jira is a plus Experience in messaging products like RabbitMQ, Kafka Understanding of relational databases as well as some understanding in NoSql Databases such as Cassandra, MongoDB Experience in Kubernetes or Openshift internals In memory data stores like Couchbase and Redis knowhow is a plus Hands on experience on Object Oriented Design & Design Patterns & Test-Driven Development Understanding of RESTful and SOAP web services Junit, PowerMock, Mockito test driven technologies General understanding in microservices, best practices and architectural patterns in microservices architecture as Eventsourcing, SAGA, CQRS, Circuit Breaker, Api Gateway, etc. and...
