What you'll do Supporting salary review and increases, Review and improve compensation and benefits structure, Managing and developing fringe benefit policies, Supporting People budgets and reporting operations, Researching and developing best practices and continuous improvement for reward processes, Managing daily operations related to Compensation & Reward activities, for employee-related reward issues. Who you are Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Labour Economics And Industrial Relations, Economics, Engineering, etc. departments 3+ years of experience in a similar area, Excellent knowledge of job evaluation and job analysis systems, Knowledge of putting together compensation packages for different departments and seniority levels, Excellent analytical skills, Excellent communication and relationship skills, Good knowledge of MS Office, strong MS Excel skills, Must be able to problem solve and work under pressure in a deadline-driven, rapidly changing organization.
