As a member of Managed Service team, you will be working with our amazing Operation Engineers, Lead Engineers and other supporting roles to dive in and tackle the hardest technical challenges, who excels working in an agile environment while collaborating with some of the diverse people in the industry, who gets excited about owning critical infrastructure services that serve global customers every second of the day! Every day will bring new and exciting challenges on the job while you: BASIC QUALIFICATIONS * Operate the Managed Service platform and collaborate with internal service teams to meet our needs for their infrastructure and application deployments. * Troubleshoot application deployments, recreate customer issues, and build proof of concept applications for running our platform smoothly. • Apply advanced troubleshooting techniques to provide unique solutions to our platform individual needs * Work on critical, highly complex platform problems that will span multiple AWS services. * Help build and maintain CloudFormation and Terraform templates, and scripts to automate and deploy AWS resources and configuration changes. • Help reducing running cost of multiple environments . * Collaborate and help build utilities and tools for internal use that enable you and your fellow AWS Devops Engineers to operate safely at high speed and wide scale. • Collaborate with AWS Support Engineers for troubleshooting during critical events •Experience in at least one mainstream programming languague such as Java, Pytho, .NET •Leverage your day-to-day experiences to provide the voice of the customer to internal AWS teams. * Drive customer communication during critical events. * Learn and leverage groundbreaking technologies. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS - Experience with AWS services or other cloud offerings - Experience in internal enterprise or external customer-facing environment as a technical lead - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science , Engineering, MIS or similar
